EDC is a semi-government company operating under Emirates Post Group that offers top-notch solutions and services to organizations in the Middle East Region across many sectors.

We worked closely with the management to transform their brand positioning from a document management center to a digital transformation solutions provider in the Middle East.

The project included conducting a complete brand audit, improving the brand identity, technical content writing in Arabic and English, website design and development, and more.

Challenges

• EDC has been growing fast and adding new departments and services without considering the brand'sequal expansion in the level when it comes to brand awareness and services presentation methods.

• The company didn't have a unified message and offering when communicating with clients, whichmakes the brand look disconnected.

• Digital marketing efforts are limited to sales representatives without brand marketing consideration.

• Most of the brand’s identity, visual content, brand guidelines is limited and doesn’t leave room for brandvisual expansion.
